how to print
With an Account

Create a free account at the kiosk or on our website. Londonprintbox.co.uk

Once at the kiosk and logged in, open the PRINT QUEUE page or if you are using a USB drive choose that option.
USB
If you are using a USB you need to add your files to your PRINT QUEUE, then continue with the steps.

Select your files to print. Press MORE to select specific pages or higher quality, and number of copies.
4.
Remember to count the number of pages you need to print and make sure you have the right number of print credits. 1 credit = 1 Printed page.
5.
Once you are ready and have enough credits press the green PRINT button to send your files to print.
6.
You will see a small printer icon in the bottom left of the screen. This will tell you when your pages are ready to be taken from the lower tray.
7.
Be sure to exit when you are done to keep your remaining print credits safe.
Please note our kiosks do not give change.
As a Guest
1.
Once at the kiosk choose to continue without an account. If you do continue like this, no unused credits will be saved.
USB
If unregistered you can only use a USB to get you documents printed. Insert USB and access USB KEY tab on the screen, select the file and add to PRINT QUEUE.

Select the PRINT QUEUE tab and choose your files to print. Press MORE to select specific pages or higher quality, and number of copies. You can select double sided here if required.

Remember to count the number of pages you need to print and make sure you have the right number of print credits. 1 credit = 1 Printed page.

Once you are ready and have enough credits press the green PRINT button to send your files to print.

You will see a small printer icon in the bottom left of the screen. This will tell you when your pages are ready to be taken from the lower tray.
6.
Be sure to exit when you are done. You will be given the option to register again to save any unused credits.
